MDH Pharmaceuticals Receives International Quality Achievement Award
Kathmandu, June 17: Nepali pharmaceutical company MDH Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. has received the prestigious ‘Quality Achievement Award 2026’, marking a significant international recognition for the country’s pharmaceutical industry.
The award was presented to the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Dipak Dahal, at a program organized by the European Society for Quality Research in Brussels, Belgium.
Dahal, a former president of the Association of Pharmaceutical Producers of Nepal, received the award on behalf of the company.
MDH Pharmaceuticals is known for manufacturing Dry Powder Inhalers (DPI) in Nepal, which are used in the treatment of respiratory illnesses, including pneumonia and other lung-related diseases. The company also produces a range of medicines for both human and veterinary use.
Expressing his gratitude, Dahal said the recognition from the European Society for Quality Research was a matter of pride for the company and the country’s pharmaceutical sector.
“The Quality Achievement Award is a testament to our commitment to maintaining high standards in pharmaceutical production and quality management,” he said.
The award recognizes organizations that demonstrate excellence in quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in their respective fields.
